Our Services
Built by hand, managed with care
Residential and commercial construction across East Texas - new builds, remodels, finish-outs and full project management, all run by the same people who answer your phone call.
Ground-Up New Construction
Your land, your plan, your house - built from the dirt all the way up.
Building on acreage in San Jacinto County is nothing like building in a city subdivision. Driveways have to be cut and rocked, culverts set, septic and water planned around the drain field, and the pad shaped so a spring downpour runs away from the house instead of under it. We handle all of that groundwork before a single board leaves the stack.
Once the dirt is right, the build settles into a rhythm you can follow: forms and slab, framing, roof and dry-in, rough plumbing, electrical and HVAC, insulation, drywall, cabinets, trim, paint, flooring and final fixtures. Every stage gets inspected by us before it gets inspected by anyone else.
You are never guessing where things stand. You get a written schedule at the start, a clear allowance sheet for every selection, photo updates as the work moves, and an open invitation to walk the site any time you want to see it for yourself.
- Site evaluation, clearing, pad prep and drainage
- Slab, pier-and-beam and elevated lake-lot foundations
- Framing, roofing and complete weather dry-in
- Plumbing, electrical, HVAC and septic coordination
- Interior trim, custom cabinetry, flooring and paint
- Shops, garages, guest houses and barndominiums

Renovations & Remodeling
Make the house you already love work the way your family actually lives.
Older East Texas homes have good bones and a lot of stories in them. Our remodeling work protects both. We open walls carefully, look hard at what is behind them, and tell you exactly what we find before we go one step further. Rot, old wiring, undersized headers, a plumbing repair somebody did in 1988 with the wrong fittings - you hear about it the same day we do, with a price to fix it and an honest recommendation.
Most remodels start with one room and grow into a plan. A kitchen becomes a kitchen and a dining wall. A bathroom becomes a bathroom and a laundry that finally makes sense. We are glad to phase the work over months or years so the budget stays comfortable and your family can keep living in the house while we build.
Dust control, floor protection, daily clean-up and a job site you would not mind your mother walking through are part of the price, not an upgrade.
- Kitchen and bathroom remodels
- Room additions, bump-outs and second baths
- Covered porches, decks and outdoor living
- Flooring, trim, interior doors and windows
- Storm damage, water damage and foundation repairs
- Whole-house refresh before selling or moving in

Commercial Construction
Small-town commercial work handled the easy, seamless way.
Local businesses deserve a builder who answers the phone. We build and renovate offices, shops, clinics, salons, churches, retail suites, storage buildings and metal structures throughout San Jacinto County and the surrounding area - the kind of projects the big regional contractors are too busy to take seriously.
Commercial work lives and dies on coordination: permits, ADA requirements, fire and life-safety, health department sign-offs, utility taps, inspections and a landlord or lender who needs paperwork on time. We run all of it through one point of contact so you can keep running your business instead of chasing subcontractors.
We also plan around your doors staying open. Phased build-outs, after-hours work, temporary partitions and a hard finish date, so the disruption to your customers and your revenue is as short as we can make it.
- Tenant finish-out and interior build-outs
- New commercial shells, offices and retail suites
- Metal buildings, shops and storage facilities
- Restaurant, salon, clinic and church renovations
- ADA, permitting, fire and health-code coordination
- Parking, sidewalks, site drainage and exterior work

Construction & Project Management
Someone on your side, on the site, every single week.
A building is dozens of trades that have to arrive in exactly the right order. When that sequence slips, budgets and timelines slip with it - the framer waits on the concrete, the electrician waits on the framer, and suddenly a nine-month build is a fourteen-month build. Our project management service puts an experienced builder in charge of the whole calendar, whether our crews are swinging the hammers or not.
We handle competitive bidding, contracts, permitting, inspections, material ordering and delivery timing, quality checks at each phase, the punch list, and a weekly written report that tells you plainly where your money went and what happens next.
If you are building from Houston, out of state, or just too busy to be on site, we become your eyes on the ground and your advocate with every trade on the job.
- Budget development and real-time cost tracking
- Trade bidding, contracts, scheduling and coordination
- Permits, inspections and code compliance
- Material selection, ordering and delivery timing
- Weekly progress photos and written owner updates
- Punch list, closeout, warranty and follow-up
