Service Area

Where we build

We keep our work close to home on purpose. Crews arrive early, materials land on time, and you can reach a real person the same day you call.

Communities we serve

Based in Coldspring, Texas, we take residential and commercial projects across San Jacinto County, both sides of Lake Livingston and a good stretch of the surrounding piney woods. Staying local is how we keep schedules tight and answer questions in person instead of over a voicemail.

Coldspring & San Jacinto County

Home base

This is where we live and where most of our work happens. New homes on acreage, shop buildings, additions and full remodels throughout the county, including Oakhurst, Point Blank and the FM 156 and FM 224 corridors. We know the permitting office, the inspectors and the soil.

Shepherd & South County

About 20 minutes

Family homes, barndominiums, metal buildings and renovation work along US 59 and the surrounding rural roads. Close enough that our crews are on site early and material deliveries land on schedule.

Lake Livingston Area

20 to 40 minutes

Waterfront and near-water builds around Cape Royale, Onalaska and Livingston. Elevated foundations, shoreline decks, boathouse-adjacent structures and covered porches detailed for constant wind, sun and moisture off the water.

Surrounding East Texas

Up to an hour

Trinity, Huntsville, New Waverly, Cleveland, Goodrich and the communities in between. Residential and commercial both. If you are a little outside the map, give us a call - we travel for the right project.

Why local matters out here

Building in the East Texas piney woods is its own skill set. These are the things an out-of-town contractor tends to learn the expensive way.

Rain and drainage

We build for the gully-washers. Shaped pads, correctly sized culverts, French drains where they are needed and grading that pushes water away from the slab instead of letting it sit against it.

Heat and humidity

Proper ventilation, moisture barriers and material choices that hold up to an East Texas August. Details that look like overkill in April are the reason a house is still tight in year fifteen.

Rural utilities

Septic layout, well placement, propane, aerobic systems and long service runs. Building outside city limits comes with its own checklist and we work it before the slab is poured.

Wooded lots

Clearing only what has to come down, protecting root zones on the pines you want to keep, and siting the house so you get the shade and the view you actually pictured.

Outside the map?

For larger builds and commercial projects we regularly travel further into East Texas. Tell us where the property is and we will tell you straight whether we are the right fit.

Building in our neck of the woods?

Tell us about your lot, your plans, or the room that has been on your list for years. We will walk it with you and give you a straight answer.
